Shipping policy

As of now, all products are digital copies and are delivered to the customer's email during check-out. Please make you verify you are using the correct email you have access to. You will then receive a link to download your product on an average of 5 - 10 minutes.

Some products may have a limit of 1, 2, or unlimited downloads. 

Please make sure to download and save your digital product.

If you have not received an email for your digital product after purchase, please make sure you have entered the correct email and have checked you folders such as junk and spam. Please reach out to us at info@ohmydearchild.com if you have not received any email for your product after 6 hours of purchasing.
